Position Specific Description
Principal Structuring Analyst, you will play a vital role in coordinating pre-pricing tasks by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on various aspects such as arrays, boundaries, land evaluations, and transmission analysis, while optimizing megawatts between dual technologies. Your responsibilities include organizing and leading kick-off calls, setting up omni proposals and scenarios for each project, and ensuring team alignment through pre-kick-off meetings. You will also be tasked with physically scheduling coordination calls. Reviewing and analyzing inputs from SMEs is crucial, where you will follow up to verify accuracy, compare against previous pricing runs, and adjust the project calendar based on potential risks. Pricing analysis through walks and variance examination between scenarios and time periods will be part of your role. Collaboration with SMEs is essential, working together to identify and implement opportunities for price optimization, conducting follow-up meetings, and negotiating improvements. Essential qualifications for this position include strong analytical skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, project management experience, and a collaborative mindset to efficiently manage cross-functional teams and tasks

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Creates economic models and performs financial analysis to support the development and evaluation of complex transactions and deal structures
- Serves as a problem-solver with a risk management mentality by identifying the needs of counterparties and devising innovative ways to meet those needs
- Supports the origination team by providing time-critical analysis for new, incremental and existing business opportunities
- Collects, analyzes, and presents data in order to communicate complex concepts in conversations and presentations with senior management, external client organizations, and project partners
- Manages multiple projects and coordinates work efforts with other team members, facilitating cooperation amongst cross-functional teams that reach across business units
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School/GED
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 6+ years
