Position Specific Description

  • Capture internal NextEra customer requirements to manage the ServiceNow Self-Service portal
  • Develop ServiceNow product strategy, business cases, identify appropriate channels, and lead overall product management efforts
  • Articulate requirements for NextEra internal customers, drive those requirements through agile product development processes, support releases in collaboration with the business unit, and provide post-launch support
  • Engage with internal customers, technical support teams, and other stakeholders to define ServiceNow requirements and roadmap
  • Translate customer requirements into product requirements, advocating best practices for solutions that drive business value 
  • Drive new development initiatives from project initiation through launch including managing the product development launch process
  • Own the business execution plan for ServiceNow collaborating with Organizational Change Management and Marketing and Communication teams to drive adoption and successful product feature launches 
  • Identifying ongoing opportunities for operational efficiencies to ensure customer satisfaction, while reducing support costs
  • Communicate product vision and strategies to varied audiences, including executives and cross functional teams
  • Own all aspects of the ServiceNow product including strategy for Knowledge Management, Service Catalog architecture and categories, Portal Design and Contextual Search capabilities 
  • Develop a knowledge management policy and process and enforce best-practices in ServiceNow


Required qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow or other enterprise grade ITSM platform
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to varied levels of stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • ITIL v4 Foundation Certified or higher 
  • Six Sigma Certification

  • Maintains a familiarity with market trends in technology
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
