Job Title: Performance Program Manager
Location: Juno Beach, FL (On-Site)
Role purpose: The Performance Program Manager drives continuous improvement in NEER project investment outcomes by analyzing historical project performance, identifying root causes for deviations, and embedding learnings into future investment decisions. You enable better capital deployment and risk mitigation through portfolio-level performance intelligence and structured feedback loops. You will partner across functions to enhance transparency, close knowledge gaps, and improve the accuracy of project assumptions.

They partner across functions to enhance transparency, close knowledge gaps, and improve accuracy of project assumptions.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze performance data from operational assets to identify systemic drivers of over- or under-performance
- Develop structured feedback mechanisms to inform investment decisions, due diligence, and underwriting assumptions
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and metrics to track asset and portfolio-level outcomes against forecasts
- Collaborate with development, engineering construction and supply chain, and operations teams to investigate root causes of variance and recommend interventions
- Conduct retrospective reviews of investment cases and translate insights to the responsible areas at NextEra in order to update risk models, assumptions, and playbooks
- Serve as a performance subject matter expert in investment committee and project development forums
- Conduct quarterly performance planning reviews with all risk area leads
- Assist business management in the annual living pro forma executive report
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 8+ years
