Position Specific Description

We’re looking for an experienced media buying professional to help build the future of our digital marketing capabilities. In this role you will be responsible for building out our in-house media buying capabilities and supporting the enterprise with digital strategy development and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills. As a member of the digital marketing team you will support the growth of programs and initiatives across the enterprise. Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement processes and best practices for in-house campaign execution
  • Set up the structure and hierarchy of the native advertising accounts to best support the enterprise
  • Develop best-in-class advertising capabilities in-house
  • Strategize, launch, analyze and optimize advertising campaigns across search, social, display and video platforms
  • Manage the campaign structure and budgets and billing across all ad platforms
  • Keep current on platform updates, best practices, and strategies in the management of online paid media
  • Execute social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn 
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points to create a holistic campaign
  • Research and propose paid search campaigns on Google and Bing, including design and development of strategy, identification of proper landing pages, keyword research, ad copywriting, and post-click tagging for campaign analysis and continuous improvement
  • Support creative development of advertising assets by providing guidance on ad formats utilizing platform best practices as well as performance data
  • Compile performance metrics and create weekly/monthly reports, including key metrics and analysis for insights, optimizations, and future strategy development
  • Work cross-functionally with web and IT teams to implement campaign tracking tags and pull analytics


What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication and writing skills – attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills and proven experience in launching new processes/platforms
  • Ability to analyze campaign metrics, develop insightful reports, make recommendations, and tell a story from data
  • Proven track record of developing successful campaign strategies for a wide variety of business objectives including but not limited to brand building, advocacy, program enrollment, and sales
  • Team player who can help drive best-in-class digital marketing solutions
  • Experience in all digital media buying channels including search, social, programmatic, OTT, video, and display

Preferred Requirements:

  • 4-Year college degree
  • 5-7+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 2+ years of digital media buying at an agency or enterprise brand 
  • Google AdWords
  • Bing Ads
  • Proficiency in social ad platform/campaign set-up including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google Ad Words/Google Display Network, LinkedIn, Twitter and various Programmatic/Demand-Side-Platforms
  • Knowledge of Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign Manager preferred 
  • B2C experience required, B2B demand generation and account-based marketing experience a plus
