Position Specific Description

As an O&M Technical Account Manager you will be responsible for managing our 3rd party O&M provider, solving complex problems, mitigating process gaps, improving operating performance, and working cross functionally with other business units across the EverBright organization.

 

Job Duties:

• Oversee the performance and O&M of residential PV assets

• Coordinate with service providers, installer partners, and account managers to optimize asset performance

• Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot technical problems and resolve issues efficiently

• Analyze monitoring and ticket data to identify issues and implement corrective actions

• Develop new processes and procedures for faster issue remediation

 

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong understanding of Solar PV systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques

• Ability to analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions

• A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and build strong relationships

• Experience in managing projects, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely completion

• Passion for continuous improvement

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plans, coordinates and completes large-scale or several medium or small, complex or long term project(s) within budgetary and scheduling guidelines
  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
  • Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes
  • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis
  • Identifies issues and challenges, measures and validates results, and implements solutions
  • Provides information to internal and external clients on moderate to complex issues
  • Creates and communicates presentation materials for report out and updates with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Conducts external research and stays abreast of new developments or innovative advancements pertaining to the project
  • Provides coaching, leadership and direction to project team
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 4+ years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
