Position Specific Description

Corporate Development leads transactions for the world’s largest electric utility and world leader in renewable energy – NextEra Energy. The XPLR group is responsible for engaging with the investment banks and counterparties during the deal process in order to negotiate terms and structure deal financing for mergers or acquisitions. This role also supports corporate strategy presentations for executive leadership in conjunction with the subject matter experts around the company.
