Position Specific Description
A leading residential clean energy solutions provider, EverBright provides a platform that designs, proposes, and finances solar and storage projects nationwide. The Manager of Strategic Initiatives is a key cross functional collaborator within the Project Management Office. In this role you will be responsible for meeting organizational objectives by helping develop, plan, implement, and execute on key business initiatives. Managers in these positions are individual contributors who serve as the key liaison between all functional business units and will own the strategic, tactical, cross function business projects. This role will require strong project management skills, organization, and process improvement mindset as applied to the EverBright business model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and collaborate with key stakeholders in all NextEra organizations to analyze program/project initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals
- Work closely with the key leadership team to drive strategy of the business across the entire portfolio of NextEra products
- Create, maintain, and disseminate project information to stakeholders and management across our organization. This will include projects pertaining to enforcement, identifying potential bottlenecks, overlapping work areas, or other project risks
- Scope and create project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution; communicating to senior management on project status, risks, and process/product changes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within functional areas and work with relevant teams to drive change
- Create and maintain process documentation and workflows
- Work closely with other business units to execute on the integration of our product offerings into their product portfolio and vice versa

- Experience building efficient processes that scale across a large organization
- Experience leading cross-functional projects by using insights based on data
- Proven success with process optimization, program management, and leading programs/projects
- Proven ability to assess, analyze, and resolve complicated issues while distilling complexitilies into simple and concise concepts
- Strong time and process management skills and ability to meet deadlines and successfully deliver on complex projects
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to always get the job done without compromising quality and customer satisfaction
- The ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented and fast-paced start-up environment
- A high level of energy, motivation, initiative, committment, and professionalism
- Lean Six Sigma certification

This job will use business management consulting skills to work with internal clients through all stages of strategy-based transformation engagements.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides thought leadership and execution support on client assignments to craft strategy
- Conducts both client and market development to grow the business
- Consults with clients to identify, clarify, and solve problems critical to clients' strategy and operating success
- Develops conclusions and recommendations, writes reports, assists in client presentations and provides implementation assistance as required
- Constructs the analytical framework and work steps for each assignment, and leads the problem solving process associated
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
