We’re seeking a with deep expertise in Six Sigma methodologies and a proven ability to lead transformational IT initiatives. • Lead with Purpose: Oversee and execute Six Sigma and process improvement projects that span IT functions and directly enhance service levels and operational efficiency.
• Champion Quality: Evaluate and optimize quality control inspection methods and drive systemic improvements through data-backed insights.
• Deliver Impact: Lead Kaizen events and major reengineering efforts.
• Strategic Storytelling: Develop clear KPIs and metrics, and launch communications strategies to promote visibility, alignment, and progress.
• Engage at All Levels: Present impactful recommendations to executives and provide hands-on consulting support to internal teams, ensuring alignment with strategic IT goals.
• A visionary leader who constantly seeks better ways to do things and inspires others to pursue excellence.
• A Six Sigma expert, with at minimum a Black Belt, who understands how to lead by data and drive change through structure.

Job Overview
This job will use business management consulting skills to work with internal clients through all stages of strategy-based transformation engagements.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides thought leadership and execution support on client assignments to craft strategy
- Conducts both client and market development to grow the business
- Consults with clients to identify, clarify, and solve problems critical to clients' strategy and operating success
- Develops conclusions and recommendations, writes reports, assists in client presentations and provides implementation assistance as required
- Constructs the analytical framework and work steps for each assignment, and leads the problem solving process associated
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience:8+ years
- Supervisor/Management Experience:2+ years
