Position Specific Description

The legal assistant will provide legal and administrative assistance and support functions for a team of corporate attorneys in the law department.  A successful candidate must have the ability to triage incoming legal service requests, draft correspondence, basic legal documents, and reports.  The candidate must be able to learn new technologies and adapt to and follow new processes and procedures.  The candidate must have superior organizational skills and great attention to detail and be a team player.

•   Maintains records and documentation
•   Prepares various forms and other documentation for the Legal department
•   Performs other job-related duties as assigned
