Position Specific Description

Our Engineering, Construction & Supply Chain Business Unit is looking for a Lead Project Manager to oversee compliance and execution for Inflation Reduction Act (IRA)-related requirements, with a focus on Domestic Content Kicker and Beginning of Construction for federal tax credit programs. This role ensures project teams meet all regulatory standards, maintain audit readiness, and deliver comprehensive documentation for federal incentives.

 

Key Responsibilities

•    IRA Compliance Leadership: Lead all aspects of IRA compliance for Domestic Content Kicker and Beginning of Construction, ensuring projects meet federal tax credit requirements.
•    Project Oversight: Direct project activities to comply with domestic content standards and beginning of construction requirements.
•    Documentation & Reporting: Manage tax credit documentation, reporting, and verification processes for beginning of construction and domestic content requirements. Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, audits, corrective actions
•    Audit & Tax Coordination: Prepare for and support audits from federal agencies. Coordinate with tax advisors and auditors to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
•    Third-Party Consultant Management: Oversee accounting and compliance consultants responsible for domestic content oversight. Monitor performance, review deliverables, and coordinate compliance activities.
•    Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure understanding and implementation of compliance requirements.
•    Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate compliance risks related to tax credits and audit findings.
•    Data analysis: Conduct modeling and analysis to develop forecasts, guide decision making, and recommend action


Essential Criteria
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
•    Minimum 4 years of experience in tax compliance, audit, or related field
•    Experience managing third-party consultants and service providers
•    Experience with federal tax credit programs (PTC, ITC, domestic content)
•    Proficiency in project management and compliance reporting tools
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
•    Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

 

Ideal Criteria
•    Experience with utility, energy, or large-scale infrastructure projects
•    Knowledge of beginning of construction and domestic content requirements under the IRA
•    Knowledge of federal contractor compliance and audit processes
•    Previous experience overseeing accounting or compliance consulting relationships

 

This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Juno Beach, FL.  Occasional travel required.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 6+ years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
