Position Specific Description

Job description:

Lead the communications and change management responsibilities for the IT Resiliency program with the goal to enhance our operational response and restoration capabilities, minimize business disruption and continue operations during or after a cyber related disruption (planned or unplanned).

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the IT Resiliency program
  • Lead and support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Provide input, coordinate sessions, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Support, engage and coach leaders
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Organize, coordinate, and facilitate sessions as needed

Job Overview

Employees in this role lead change management activities for a project, applying a structured methodology by supporting change management at the project and organizational level. This job will assess the change impact of the project by conducting impact analysis, and assess the change readiness of teams and key stakeholders by working collaboratively and supporting training efforts.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manages the change management process and applies change management tools in support of a project or initiative
  • Builds change management skills and supports other change management practitioners
  • Assists with implementing provision change management tools
  • Supports design, development, delivery, and management of communications
  • Conducts impact analysis, assesses change readiness, and identifies key stakeholders
  • Provides input, supports document requirements, and designs and delivers training programs
  • Consults and coaches project teams on change management
  • Creates change management strategies
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 7+ years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s - Business Administration
