Position Specific Description
Leaders in this role oversee a team of human resources professionals responsible for HR employee relations workplace investigations. As the HR Operations Manager, HR Investigations, you’ll be responsible for investigating potential compliance and or employee relations violations by conducting and leading internal investigations into complaints, legal issues and compliance violations. This job will consult with leaders across the enterprise on applicable HR programs, policies, and/or employee relations matters. The role requires a strong communicator with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and be influential in his/her recommendations.

This job will consult with leaders for designated business units or plants on applicable HR programs, policies, projects, organizational changes or employee relations matters.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Partners with HR Business Partners and business unit leadership to support strategic initiatives for designated business units
- Manages, leads and develops a team of human resources professionals
- Leads a series of HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Researches best practices in HR programs and policies, regulations and makes recommendations to ensure compliance and ensure best-in-class solutions
- Fosters and maintains relationships with key stakeholders
- Achieves required metrics and offer suggestions to continuously improve processes, systems and technology
- Provides data-driven analysis and recommendations
- Ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 8+ years
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree
- Professional HR Certification (PHR)
- Senior Professional in HR Cert (SPHR)
