Position Specific Description

This role will focus on enabling change-readiness across various business units, ensuring effective adoption of new processes and technologies, while supporting initiatives that promote scalability, efficiency, and a culture of innovation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, engagement, and successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness across departments to facilitate seamless transitions.
  • Design and deliver tailored training and communication plans to support effective change management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments to strategy as necessary.
  • Serve as a change leadership advisor to business leaders, providing guidance and support in overcoming resistance and ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
  • Utilize technology platforms, including Alteryx, MS 365 Power Apps, Power Automate, Confluence, SharePoint, and PowerPoint, to enhance change management processes.
  • Engage with employees across the organization to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in change management roles, preferably within large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Proficiency in Alteryx, MS 365 Power Apps, Power Automate, Confluence, SharePoint, and PowerPoint for streamlined communication and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is highly advantageous.

Job Overview

Employees in this role conduct complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conducts analyses and prepares reports that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations
  • Conducts quantitative and qualitative research to support medium to large special projects
  • Assists with process design and modification for continuous business improvement
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 3+ years
