Position Specific Description

This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, testing, data analysis/reporting and other responsibilities to support product development and strategy for the Salesforce CRM platform at NEER. The Business Analyst II will be a project manager; collaborate with business units and IT colleagues in an agile working plan. There will be some ownership on special projects related to the technology, including third-party app management. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Able to support, execute, and augment pre-determined, structured analyses
• Assists with advancement of tools through testing and augmentation/isolation of better paths forward
• Works with designated counterparts seamlessly and capable of driving their priorities and needs
• Provides input and some training to business users on the technology

Preferred Qualifications 

• Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified
• Salesforce User/ Administrator Experience 
• Agile Product Planning Experience
