At FPL Energy Services – FPLES (fples.com), our team combines industry expertise with personalized service to create exceptional customer care for thousands of businesses. 

 

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sr. Product Marketing Manager who has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to identify and build long-term relationships with commercial clients. As part of the Product Marketing team, you will work closely with product experts to understand our commercial offerings and develop engaging, insights-driven strategies aimed at building awareness of our products, generating demand and enabling the sales team.

 

As the B2B Sr.Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing critical tasks across all B2B channels including social, events, content marketing, and related digital channels, while ensuring deliverables are on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will be able to work cross-functionally and distill a product’s value proposition into compelling sales enablement materials and collateral, such as pitch decks, one-pagers and brochures that will win over customers. Job Specific Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the research and insights, marketing, digital customer experience and social media team teams, product owners and executives to develop lead generation campaigns and account-based marketing programs to drive awareness and preference with our target buyer.
  • Deliver high quality content including sales presentations, pitch decks, program overviews, and other external facing communications. 
  • Promote our commercial line of products/services on various media. 
  • Create and implement strategies for increased engagement and deliver ROI through effective testing strategies. 
  • Coordinate and co-create across a broad range of stakeholders to develop innovative growth strategies.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Proven work experience as a B2B Marketer.
  • Experience developing full-funnel B2B marketing strategies and tactics. 
  • Experience with both in-person and digital tactics for B2B sales & marketing. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in B2B marketing, including sales intelligence, engagement software, and workflow tools.  
  • Analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to manage budgets.
  • A self-starter with tenacity for execution and delivery. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 
     

Job Overview

This job is responsible for assisting with projects from the earliest stages of concept and development through to successful completion on time, on budget and as measured by achievement of metrics. Employees in this role are expected to work with a high degree of initiative and independence in anticipating client needs, developing communication solutions that further the business objectives, and ensuring their successful implementation. This position serves as a key contributor on the team in a broad range of communications activities as assigned.
