Position Specific Description

The IDEA.ai team provides data science as a service to the enterprise, as well as serving as the AI Center of Excellence providing enterprise-wide standard and best practices. The top candidate should have analytical skills, solid written and oral communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Suites. This position requires effective time management and organizational skills, and a continuous process improvement mindset.

 

In this role your primary function is to support the AI Program Lead with Next AI Program and internal projects. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating activities, while ensuring initiatives are completed in a timely manner.

 

Job Overview

Employees in this role will provide an enhanced level of support. This includes exposure to cross functional teams across NEE as well as various Universities. You will coordinate key functions to support our outreach initiatives such as coordination of recruitment events. Additionally, support project initiatives by scheduling & facilitate IDEATION sessions where ideas are vetted with a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to determine whether to pursue an opportunity .

Job Duties & Responsibilities

· Work closely with the program manager to ensure monthly forecasting is done in a timely manner

· Work closely with the data scientists and various business units to track progress of projects

· Lead and facilitate the day-to-day activities to ensure initiatives are completed on time

· Coordinates key functions such project updates & ideation sessions

· Supports due diligence activities with other internal groups to ensure proper resources and project requirements are provided.

· Acts as liaison between internal and external resources regarding outreach activities and ideation sessions

· Fosters external relationships with customers, third parties and members of the community

· Track Metrics

· Identify areas for potential process improvement

· Work with the program manager to ensure the AI pipeline is full

· Exhibit resourcefulness and ownership, as well as business acumen

· Maintain a process minded focus on continuous improvement

· Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports as needed

· Performs other job-related duties as assigned

· Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI or similar tools
