Position Specific Description
One of Information Technology’s core pillars is keeping people first. Join the IT employee experience team responsible for fostering our safety culture, growing early career talent pipelines, enhancing engagement, expanding training and development opportunities, and overseeing workspace planning and facilities. The IT employee experience team is looking to hire an IT Business Systems Analyst to support efforts in workspace planning and facilities along with employee development and training. This role will support the analysis of business processes, assist in workspace planning initiatives, and contribute to data-driven decision-making efforts. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of business analysis, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, an interest in optimizing workspace efficiency, and assist with the design and implementation of comprehensive training program.
