Position Specific Description

This exciting position provides administrative and secretarial support to the Treasurer’s direct reports.  We are seeking a forward thinking and results oriented Administrative Technician to join our team. This position will be based in our Corporate Office in Juno Beach, FL. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to:
 

  1. Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, reserving conference rooms, registering guests with security and making travel arrangements for the Treasurer’s direct reports
  2. Arrange catering, order office supplies and assist with onboarding of new employees,
  3. Prepare expense reports for the Treasurer’s direct reports and assist other department personnel with preparing expense reports
  4. Make arrangements for special events
  5. Coordinate the processing and approval of guarantees
  6. Managing business cards/contacts
  7. Assist with Lender Meeting coordination including preparing and distributing save-the-dates and invitations, coordinating hotel arrangements, ordering gifts and supplies, tracking and managing registrations and attendees, and preparing books for treasury and executives. Lender Meeting will require approximately one week of travel
  8. Provide cash room support including creating check requests, obtaining approvals and entering into SAP, processing new vendor set up, and obtaining and maintaining WBS numbers and/or IO numbers
  9. Assist with first mortgage bonds by preparing recording logs, obtaining checks for payment of recording fees, compiling packages mailed to county offices for filing and tracking their recording, returning recorded originals to outside counsel and maintaining files
  10. Enter guarantees into Phoenix and assisting in the quarterly reconciliation process
  11. Drafting quarterly Compliance Certificates for NEECH, FPL and Legacy Gulf, obtaining necessary signatures for those and for NEP; and distributing to lenders
  12. Assist with the preparation of the quarterly Due Diligence Reports, including scheduling review meetings and providing final reports to Financial Reporting
  13. Handle quarterly auditor engagement information requests and handling KYC requests for the Treasury department by coordinating responses from the appropriate departments

 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in addition to knowledge of proper English usage (spelling, grammar, punctuation and vocabulary) and maintain strict confidentiality. A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
