Position Specific Description

Daily activities can include, but are not limited to: 

  • Utilize tools such as Power BI, Excel, Word, One Note, SAP, Unifier, or similar applications to track and report on key indicators and team initiatives. 
  • Analyze data and extrapolate notable variables, indicators, and trends. 
  • Create presentations for trainings, initiatives, action plans, and management. 
  • Implement processes to collect, track, manage, and complete data deliverables in appropriate platforms to ensure integrity in Document Management Systems. 
  • Create shopping carts, manage purchase orders and change orders. As well as gather supporting documentation to execute on them in compliance with SOX.  
  • Gather and prepare commercial and technical documents in support of Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Along with subsequent Unifier management of said documents. 
  • Schedule meetings, travel, food for team as well as keep meeting notes. 
  • Build relationships and interact with teammates and stakeholders in many different roles across cultural and geographical settings. 
  • Any and all other daily tasks by team to maintain overall group organization, data deliverables, and team readiness. 

 

  • Capable of data and financial analysis
  • Mechanical awareness and/or interest in technical variables
  • Strong interest in career growth towards Project Management

Under supervision:

  • Contacts other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve problems
  • Audits and processes invoices in accordance with accounts payable procedures
  • Interacts with all levels of employees as needed to perform responsibilities
  • Works on special projects as requested
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Experience: 5+ years
