Position Specific Description

We are seeking an AI Analyst to spearhead AI-readiness initiatives within our Tax Operations team.  This role requires expertise in managing cross-functional projects, with a focus on driving organizational efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate will be an agent of change, fostering innovation and embracing technology to streamline processes and reduce manual work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects to drive AI-readiness and overall efficiency across the organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments and teams to integrate AI technologies and scalable solutions into existing processes.
  • Analyze project requirements and determine optimal strategies for achieving objectives in alignment with the company's mission of fostering innovation and reducing manual effort.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating tasks, resolving impediments, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation using platforms like Confluence, in support of process improvement and scalability initiatives.
  • Implement quick-win strategies to build excitement and empower employees to embrace technological advancements and process improvements.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and trends in AI to identify opportunities for enhancing organizational readiness.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership
  • Proficiency with Alteryx, MS 365 Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and platforms, including Confluence and collaboration systems.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enabling business scalability and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of navigating complex organizational structures and aligning diverse teams around common goals.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) and AI literacy are highly advantageous.
  • Six Sigma green or black belt certification 

Job Overview

Employees in this role conduct complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conducts analyses and prepares reports that provide operation and/or technical support to business operations
  • Conducts quantitative and qualitative research to support medium to large special projects
  • Assists with process design and modification for continuous business improvement
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 2+ years
