Position Specific Description

Referral Program Marketing Manager

 

The ideal candidate will build a referral program for one of our ours brand Power Wizard, focused on incentivizing customers to refer Friends and Family to join Power Wizard. As a Referral Program Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supercharging our growth by building, executing, and driving a referral marketing strategy focused on incentivizing the existing customer community. Your strategy will include a multi-channel marketing approach as well as city-specific virtual and live meetups.

In this role, you’ll join the Performance Marketing Team and will focus on driving MQLs, MRR, and customers through the referral program. Not only will you play a foundational role in defining the strategy but you will own the oversight, execution, and marketing of the program.

 

How You Will Make a Difference 

  • You will develop Power Wizards customer referral strategy
  • You will research, define, and with the support of our IT Team implement the technology that is needed to track, report, and operationalize customer referrals on an ongoing basis
  • You will define, launch, and maintain the ongoing marketing calendar and activities for the referral program.
  • You will execute campaigns focused on driving referral growth from all segments of customers
  • You will define and build weekly performance reports to showcase the performance of the referral program
  • You will build, launch, and operate city-specific referral program ‘bring a friend’ meetups
  • You will own and operate the referral program budget and annual performance projections

Job Overview

This job works closely with marketing senior leadership, customer service, product/pricing and operations to increase the impact of current retention and loyalty programs, develop new retention programs and/or segmentation strategies.

Job Duties & Responsibilities


•   Manages all retention and customer loyalty programs
•   Manages internal processes and external vendor resources to design new and/or enhance current retention programs
•   Designs and implements new customer retention programs that build increased customer retention rates and improve customer lifetime value (CLV)
•   Develops marketing and engagement strategies to retain customers, build strong customer relationships, increase retention, and improve revenue and profitability
•   Builds partnerships with internal organizations to ensure smooth implementation and optimized experience for customers
•   Champions market and customer research activities to improve the value proposition of retention programs
•   Operates as an integrated team member in marketing to develop retention program communication strategies, implementation plans, marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, research, and performance measurement
•   Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications


•  High School Grad / GED
•  Bachelor's Degree
•  Experience:5+ years

Preferred Qualifications


•  Master's - Business Administration
