Position Specific Description
This job leads a team involved in operating and maintaining a region of RNG plants. Under limited direction, leaders in this role manage all aspects of site business and operations, achieving all production and business targets while maintaining an injury-free work site. This position will be located in Houston TX office and requires an average of 50% travel to sites that are located in the following states. OK, TX, MO, & AL.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures all business activities are conducted following corporate policies and are in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal permits, codes, standards, and regulations
- Develops multi-year O&M and capital lookahead budgets
- Ensures all budget targets and production indicators are met at sites responsible for
- Overseas and approves procurement activities of the sites they are responsible for
- Ensure the RNG site teams are trained and proficient in operations and maintenance of the facilities
- Development and ensures Standard Operating Procedures are being implemented and followed
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
