Position Specific Description

This IT Technology Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence through disciplined program execution, platform simplification, and effective portfolio management across technology platforms supporting the Commercial Solutions energy business. This role focuses on planning, prioritization, and delivery rigor to ensure initiatives are executed predictably and aligned to business outcomes.

You will lead cross‑functional technology programs, translating operational needs into structured roadmaps, managing interdependencies, and balancing near‑term priorities with long‑term modernization. A key responsibility is driving application and data platform consolidation, improving standardization, governance, and operational efficiency while maintaining overall platform reliability and stability.

This role requires strong program and delivery management capabilities, including scope control, financial oversight, risk and dependency management, and transparent status reporting. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors—software providers, system integrators, and consultants—to ensure high‑quality delivery, cost discipline, and accountability to outcomes.
