Position Specific Description
As a member of the Contract Administration team, the Contract Specialist will be responsible for commercial customer contract quality assurance by enforcing the organizational principles of integrity and compliance to contract review and fulfillment. Also ensures that non customer contracts are executed and stored according to operational processes. Complies with all security regulations and corporate policies. The contract specialist with assist with performing certain duties, including but not limited to:
- Ensures that all customer contracts are reviewed, approved and fulfilled according to established standards.
- Work effectively with team members to ensure best practices
- Assist with process documentation as needed
- Assist with Mail merges as needed
- Assist with reporting as needed

Job Overview
This job is responsible for change ownership of certain process steps to ensure customer information is updated quickly and accurately. Employees in this role researches and determines whether control reports are outdated. This position works to automate existing reporting to reduce SLAs (service level agreement) around compliance tasks.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Under general supervision:
- Creates and maintains process documentation for all procedures within the group
- Identifies changes to existing procedures and implements across all impacted functional groups
- Provides reporting in order to facilitate resource balancing and workload management of all team tasks
- Assists with coordinating training for new hires and cross-training for existing CA team members
- Assists with SOX Compliance reporting requests, audits, and system data repairs
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
