Position Specific Description

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Affiliate Marketing and Partnerships Manager who is a confident communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills.  The ideal candidate must be full of ideas and be able to leverage existing industry contacts to help us cultivate commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners to ensure financial goals are met.  The candidate must demonstrate key competencies in the following areas:

  • Previous working experience as an Affiliate Marketing and Partnerships Manager for 4+ years
  • Develop and manage a network of affiliates to maximize sales conversion
  • Develop monthly reports outlining KPI performances by partner and funnel
  • Plan and execute partnership and sponsorship pitch presentations and proposals to new prospects to foster growth
  • Demonstrated competency in communicating with key decision makers and stakeholders
  • Take ownership of all processes leading up to and finalizing partnership and sponsorship deals
  • Develop and maintain awareness/understanding of the energy market, products, competitors, and trends
  • Passion for innovation, creative problem-solving, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communication, or similar relevant field
  • Flexibility & ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Overview

This job is responsible for overseeing all external and internal marketing communications assuring alignment with corporate and business strategy. Leaders in this role manage the staff responsible for the development and implementation of the company's marketing communication programs, campaigns, initiatives, and activities.

Job Duties & Responsibilities


•   Develops marketing and advertising campaigns and programs from strategic concept to completion
•   Oversees the design and development of all external and internal marketing communication related initiatives in the business plan
•   Ensures marketing objectives and measures are aligned with our overall business objectives
•   Designs and implements marketing communication strategies
•   Performs other job-related duties as assigned
