Position Specific Description

Come join our marketing team and a growing division of the company! We are seeking a high energy Marketing professional for our Commercial & Industrial group. This position will be based out of our Hampton, NH office.
 
Responsibilities include:

  • Manage marketing activity calendars for multiple brands, ensuring initiatives are executed on time
  • Coordinate meetings, network events and trade shows; manage event logistics including pre-event planning, on-site coordination, budget management, advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Assist Team in implementing marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Order and maintain promotional materials
  • Maintain data lists and databases 
  • Assist in Marketing Automation workflow 
  • Preparing campaign, lead and performance reports

 

The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively, be willing to learn and enjoy a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Director of C&I Marketing.

  • Must have demonstrated strong written and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Ability to create and analyze campaign reports from a database to draw conclusions
  • Detail oriented and able to manage to multiple deadlines
  • Understanding of basic marketing concepts
  • Familiarity with digital marketing; social media, email marketing
     

 

Job Overview

This job is responsible for assisting with projects from the earliest stages of concept and development through to successful, on-time completion as measured by achievement of metrics. Employees in this role provide support in developing and executing communication plans and initiatives to support business objectives. Individuals in this position are expected to understand client needs and help to develop communication solutions.
