Job Overview

 

The advisory business is looking for an experienced partnership salesperson to build and manage a nationwide strategic partnership program to rapidly grow sales and revenue.  Responsibilities include identification and development of potential new strategic partners, negotiating partner agreements, and ongoing relationship management of strategic channel partners. Critical measurements will include revenue growth through strategic partners, new channel partnership acquisitions, client lead and opportunity generation through channel partners, and channel partnership retention.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and close new strategic sales channel partnerships in a highly proficient and professional manner 
  • Develop, implement, and execute a sales plan for strategic channel partner growth
  • Develop and actively manage prospect pipeline to continually achieve or exceed monthly and yearly targets for strategic channel partnerships
  • Manage new and existing strategic channel partnership relationships as developed or assigned
  • Act as the key point of contact, track and report on channel performance, and modify program as needed to increase engagement and performance
  • In coordination with Sales and Marketing, develop and execute innovative programs and initiatives with channel partners that result in lead and revenue growth
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of building and managing strategic channel partnerships for growth
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote office environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree

 

Job Overview

This job is responsible for managing a sales team within a territory to achieve profitable selling of new gas and/or electric products and services. This role will have team management responsibilities.

Job Duties & Responsibilities


•   Coordinates sales efforts by establishing sales quotas within the team
•   Analyzes sales statistics to help promote sales
•   Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates
•   Develops sales campaigns that are aligned with the goals of the business unit
•   Leads, coaches, and develops professional sales staff, and continually improves performance and translates key initiatives into action
•   Implements sales strategies to ensure achievement of membership and margin goals
•   Evaluates account management performance, business practices, and sales efforts to ensure targets are met
•   Implements sales policies and common sales processes to improve efficiency, performance and help identify new product categories Ability to meet attendance and storm duty requirements
•   Performs other job-related duties as assigned

•  Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
•  Experience:8+ years
•  Supervisor/Management Experience:2+ years
