Position Specific Description

NextEra Energy is seeking a technically skilled leader to manage a portfolio of solar and storage assets in the state of California. The individual will lead a team of technicians in the daily operations and maintenance of solar and storage assets varying in size and scale. This position will be based at Desert Peak Solar in Desert Center, CA with travel to assets as required.  The manager will be responsible for the safety of all personnel and environmental compliance with all required regulatory permits.  The individual will be responsible for delivering on key performance indicators including availability, production, and cost.

The base pay for this position is $110,400.00 to $165,600.00 per year. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.
