Position Specific Description

The Senior Warehouse Coordinator will be supporting a 5,000 square foot warehouse in support of our Distributed Generation fleet. They will be responsible for maintaining physical inventory controls, on-hand accuracy, SOX inventory compliance, SAP transactions, reconciling financials for month end close, identifying and preparing large-dollar accruals.

Employees in this senior-level role perform advanced technical tasks in support of the engineering, information systems, environmental, plant water chemistry, maintenance planning, cooling pond operation, procurement, inventory, advanced statistical process control, Land administration, and production assurance document control functions to support the plant mission.

Job Duties & Responsibilities


•   Performs complex supplier contract coordination functions
•   Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of permits and regulations to be able to take appropriate action to prevent exceedances
•   Performs in a lead capacity in accomplishing plant activities
•   Provides training as required to support plant needs
•   Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications


•  High School Grad / GED
•  Experience:5+ years

•  Associate's Degree
