Recruiting Firms/Agencies

NextEra Energy, Inc.* does not accept unsolicited resumes or referrals from any source other than the candidate, and, as a result, we will not be considering any unsolicited referrals or resumes sent to us as a fee -based candidate submittal.  Any resume or referral sent from a recruiting firm/agency to any NextEra Energy employee without talent acquisition reviewing, approving and executing a contract for recruiting services, signed by the recruiting firm/agency designee and the appropriate NextEra Energy talent acquisition designee, will be considered unsolicited and NextEra Energy will not be obligated or bound in any way to pay any referral or other fee if a person referred to us from a source other than a candidate is hired.  In the event a recruiting firm/agency submits a resume or candidate without a previously signed agreement, NextEra Energy explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire the candidate(s) without financial responsibility to the recruiting firm/agency.

*NextEra Energy, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated business entities, including, without limitation, Florida Power & Light Company, NextEra Energy Resources, LLC, Gulf Power Company, FPL Energy Services, Inc., and Gexa Energy, L.P., may have subsidiaries and affiliates with a variety of names.  Many of these names may include elements of “FPL,” “NextEra,”  “Gulf”, and “Gexa.”  For convenience and simplicity, the terms “FPL,” “NextEra,” “Gulf”, “Gexa”, etc., as well as terms like “Corporation,” “Corporate,” “Company,” “our,” “we,” and “its,” may be used as abbreviated references for specific subsidiaries, affiliates or groups of subsidiaries or affiliates.  The precise meaning of such terms will depend upon the context of their use.
