Applicant Agreement
I understand that employment is contingent upon satisfying the Company’s pre-employment eligibility requirements, which may require any or all of the following: a drug screen, background investigation, behavioral evaluation, and submittal of a Conflict of Interest Form, as permitted by applicable law. Such pre-employment eligibility requirements will occur after I accept a conditional job offer and provide my consent for such.
I understand that as a condition of employment, I will abide by all applicable rules and regulations of the company, including, but not limited to those related to health, safety, security, smoke-free workplace and drug-free workplace that are now in force or that may be put in force if I am employed. Unless otherwise covered by an applicable collective bargaining unit agreement, I hereby agree and understand that, should I be employed, my employment shall at all times be at the will and pleasure of the Company, and that I can be terminated at any time with or without cause and with or without notice (subject to applicable state law), notwithstanding any oral and/or written statement which may have been or may be made to the contrary.
I understand the company must provide 24 hour service to its customers. Therefore many jobs require employees to occasionally work overtime, weekends holidays, and during emergency situations (such as storms). As a condition of employment, I agree to work the necessary schedule(s) to help us meet our corporate objectives and the obligations to our customers.
