Key Responsibilities:

  • User Experience Design & Efficiency: Be the anchor of strategic direction for product experience overhaul that champions efficiency and resonates deeply with our users. Leverage lean methodologies to boost the design process, covering user research, user persona development, wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, usability testing, and design iterations.
  • Leadership & Operational Excellence: Assemble a vibrant team of UX/UI designers and pave the way for their professional growth in an environment where learning, innovation, and operational efficiency thrives. Drive process improvements and encourage a lean thinking culture to promote productivity.
  • Project Management: Manage all stages of the project life cycle, ensuring seamless operation, timely completion, and budget adherence. Execute tasks with an efficiency-first perspective, foster communication and advanced risk management techniques to ensure smooth project progression and quality outcomes.
  • Innovation Mindset: Be the advocate for game-changing ideas, driving transformation that aligns with business goals, and creating a noticeable, positive disruption throughout the organization with user-centric designs.
  • Human-Centered Designer: Make step-change improvements to business-as-usual by observing and understanding end users' needs, behaviors, and pain points. Facilitate service design thinking across the team and encourage adaptations on both micro and macro levels to elevate the overall service landscape.

 

Highly Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: A proven track record with 10+ years in UX/UI design roles, including leadership positions creating sophisticated application designs.

Skills:

  • Pacesetter in UX/UI frameworks and crafting efficient, strategic, and production-ready software solutions.
  • Idea connector with a knack for decoding complex concepts and articulating them to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solver extraordinaire with a laser focus on user-specific scenarios.
  • Evidence of influential project management capacities, demonstrated by a broad portfolio showcasing design thinking prowess, project clarity, as well as the ability to bring concepts to life and pivot when needed.

Job Overview

This position establishes strategy, develops business plans, and oversees and manages the design, development and implementation of technology solutions to meet business needs. Leaders in this role provide leadership and oversight to manage performance and results in one or more Information Technology (IT) disciplines. Individuals will be accountable for the reliability, performance, security, and continuity of IT systems and supported business processes.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership, influence, vision, and direction to the organization to contribute to achieving the company's goals
  •  Works with IT leaders to develop overall IT strategy in alignment with business strategy
  • Oversees value stream by focusing on cost and risks of technology portfolio to meet business needs
  • Supports and fosters innovative technologies to deliver new ideas that enable business transformation
  • Ensures high levels of ongoing system and application performance in production environments
  • Oversees development of processes and tools to automate code releases from development to operations (DevOps)
  • Attracts, develops and retains a high-performing and diverse team
  • Establishes and drives technology roadmaps that align with current and future business needs
  • Manages third party technical and outsourcing relationships to deliver project and operational support objectives
  • Ensures technology processes are conducted in line with applicable standards and company policies
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 8+ years
  • Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years
